  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal care items (such as opened beauty products)
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
    We will review your request and respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@eronstore.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next, contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
